Our cottages have an east coast feel, with cedar shakes, island furniture, and decks overlooking the ocean. Wake up to the sun rising over the water, watching the fishing boats set out for the day.

All cottages are available for rental from June 1-September 30 and include linens and all kitchen amenities. Cottages are air conditioned and heated.

We have shared laundry facilities and are pet friendly.

The Cape Cottage
2 bed, 2 bath
Wraparound deck with fantastic ocean view on one side, field of wildflowers on the other. The Cape Cottage features a full kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating areas, BBQ, wood fireplace, and laundry. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, one with a jacuzzi tub.
$1800 per week (weekly rental Sunday-Sunday)

The Lighthouse Cottage
2 bed, 1Â bath
Stunning view of the ocean to the north and New London Bay to the east. Enjoy the large private deck surrounded by nature and ocean breezes. This compact cottage features a full kitchen and indoor/outdoor eating areas. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed.
$1450 per week (weekly rental Saturday-Saturday)

The Seaview Cottage
1 bed, 1 bath
Backing onto the garden, this recently renovated cottage is suitable for a couple or family. This one bedroom and one bathroom cottage features a well-equipped kitchenette, and both a queen and a double bed. The deck has a dining table and BBQ to allow for full enjoyment of the ocean view and breezes. ​
$185/night or $175 for 7 nights or more.

The Islander Cottage
Cottage Suite
Suitable for a single or couple, this compact (but adorable!) cottage features a sitting area and private deck backing onto woodlands. Full bath and queen bed. Equipped with bar fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
Available for minimum three night rental.
Rate $160/night or $150/night for 7 nights or more.

The Springbrook Schoolhouse
3 bed, 1.5 bath
This stunning circa 1850 schoolhouse features a full acre of private space with views of New London Bay and the Cavendish sandspit. The cottage features a large deck, 2 full bedrooms, and an additional loft area with three twin beds. Original features throughout create a charming spot to spend a fabulous vacation!
Note that the schoolhouse is in a separate location from our main site. It is approximately 5 minutes away.​
